Welcome to RollData. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use RollData.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use RollData only for its intended purpose: logging and tracking your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or any material that infringes on others' rights
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account Responsibilities

When you create a RollData account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your password and account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at info@rolldata.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Service Availability

RollData is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RollData and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 for free-tier users)
  • We are not responsible for any loss of training data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, though we maintain regular backups

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RollData will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the application. Your continued use of RollData after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
